There is a limit to how many supply/gold boxes that can be opened each week. When this limit is reached, players will not be able to open more of these boxes. This limit is shared across all three races on a server.

Sometimes there is a problem with server updates after maintenance. If you are not able to open boxes immediately after maintenance, please send in a support ticket!
